An educational pack has been developed to support the prescribing of Pradaxa® for stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation. It provides practical and relevant information about the appropriate use of Pradaxa®.
The pack contains:
Pradaxa® (dabigatran etexilate) – Patient Alert Card to be included in Pradaxa® packs
Starting from December 2014, the Pradaxa® Patient Alert Card will be provided in packs of Pradaxa® capsules as a package insert. The Pradaxa® Patient Alert Card is intended to be carried by patients taking Pradaxa®, and provides information to both patients and healthcare professionals regarding the safe use of Pradaxa®.
